A country\u2019s population has a major impact on its development and operations. The population size is inversely proportional to the development rate. This is why it is important to reduce overpopulation, whether on a national or global scale. Doing so will also ensure that our existing resources last for a longer-term. Thus, in order to focus attention on the importance of population, the United Nations Development Programme recommended <\/span>World Population Day.<\/b><\/p>\n

World Population Day, <\/b>an annual event organized to increase awareness on various population issues such as the importance of family planning, gender equality, poverty, maternal health and human rights. On this day advocate from around the world are calling on leaders, policymakers, grassroots organizers, institutes and others to help make reproductive health and rights a reality for all. And being the future Architects of our nation, it\u2019s important for the youth to participate and express their opinion and concern on the above mentioned issues. This celebration can grasp their attention towards the reproductive health and sexuality related issues which are necessary to solve among the youth, especially those between 15 to 19 years of age. Access to safe, voluntary family planning is a human right and it\u2019s important for all to understand this.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our children are the future Architects of our nation, therefore it\u2019s important for the youth to participate and express their opinion and concern on the above mentioned issues.
